ShoreBank Corporation Announcement

On Friday, August 20, 2010, Urban Partnership Bank acquired the core deposits and most of the assets of ShoreBank Corporation’s Midwest bank out of receivership from the FDIC. The operations of ShoreBank Corporation, its subsidiaries ShoreBank Pacific and ShoreBank International, and affiliates are unaffected and continue as usual. All branches of ShoreBank’s Midwest bank will be open for business as usual as branches of Urban Partnership Bank, and all other operations, including on-line accounts and direct deposits, continue without interruption.
