ShoreBank Pacific was formed in 1997 through a partnership between ShoreBank Corporation and Ecotrust, an environmental nonprofit, two years after they jointly founded its sister organization, ShoreBank Enterprise Pacific (now ShoreBank Enterprise Cascadia).
